Water Well Driller

Alsay Incorporated is hiring experienced Water Well Drillers for our Houston and San Antonio Operations!

Most of our work is local.

Responsibilities

• Operate water well drilling rigs and equipment
• Utilize heavy equipment for rig setup
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Drive commercial vehicles for transportation of drilling equipment

Requirements

• Prior experience and proficiency in water well drilling or related field
• Knowledge of commercial driving for equipment transportation
• Ability to operate heavy equipment for drilling and construction purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour (Depending on verifiable experience, skills and licenses)

Expected hours: Typically 60 hours per week

Schedule:

• 12-hour shift – days or nights
• Extended hours
• Overtime

Experience:

• Water Well Drilling: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
• Water Well Driller or Apprentice License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Houston, TX
• San Antonio, TX

Willingness to travel:

• Most jobsites are local to Houston or San Antonio
• Occasional travel to remote jobsites in other areas of Texas may be required
• All work is in Texas
